- Where are you from; what’s your background? Rebecca and Brandon both grew up in the area and went to school in town. Rebecca graduated from St. Norbert in 2013 with a degree in Communications and Business. Rebecca began working at Haven Salon and Spa in Sept. of 2013 and fell in love with everything about the business and the industry.
- Why did you start your business? When the prior owner mentioned Haven was for sale it only made sense for someone on the “inside” to purchase it. Many many years were spent developing this business and building a culture unlike any other salon so that fact we were able to keep Haven in the “family” was huge!
- What makes you excited about your work? I get excited when my staff and our clients are excited! We have already had so many exciting changes happen that everyone loved and we have so many more that we cannot wait to share with our clients!!

- What makes your business unique? We are a Team Based Pay salon. Our staff is not paid commission. Our staff works together for one common goal and our clients can rest assured they will not be pressured when they step through our doors. Our clients are our first priority and being team based allows us to accommodate a client’s schedule versus our own.
